Seriously?

BoJo (a British nickname for Boris Johnson, and one that brings to mind a certain U.S. children's television entertainer from the past) seems to think the Brexit referendum aftermath has all been much ado about nothing. I saw the following on bbc.com: The pro-Leave campaign head, says "the only change" will be to free the country from the EU's "extraordinary and opaque" law, which "will not come in any great rush".

Oh yes, on all sides. And Gibraltar is talking about making common cause with Scotland, and the Labour party is tearing itself apart in Parliament while Jeremy's supporters are massing in the streets, and the pound keeps falling, as does the stock market.... Fun times! :-(

Meanwhile, wouldn't this be a perfect time, with the West completely distracted, for Russia to swoop in and take a bite of something else.
