Just reported live from the Santa Maria courtroom.  Not guilty on all counts.  Unbelievable.

castalie, the Star Wars post will have to wait another day.  I don't have the stomach for it after that string of "Not Guiltys".

The Michael Jackson verdict almost put this out of my head, but I don't want to forget to let people know that TNT is launching a new show tonight at 9:00 p.m. (Pacific Daylight Time) called The Closer.  Kyra Sedgwick stars as a crack F.B.I investigator/interrogator heading up a special unit in Los Angeles.  Based on the trailers for the show, J.K. Simmons plays her boss.  Since I knew Simmons as Law & Order's Dr. Skoda before I ever saw him in Oz, I'm glad to see him back on the right side of the law again.
